Kids’ Space Walkthrough and More!

I hope you had a chance to join us for one of the Family Meetings after each service yesterday. We appreciate your support for and interest in The Bridge and construction plans related to the Bridge! Here is some key information you’ll want to keep in mind.

Construction Dates

Subject to permit applications pending with the City of Arvada, construction dates are expected as follows:

Under One Roof

Planned Start: May 4

Planned Completion: Early October

What’s Included
Complete space update for Revive Kids’ (Early Childhood and Elementary) and Student (6th – 12th grade) Ministries; build-out of a new Revive staff administrative area to significantly reduce the footprint and make room for additional Bridge partners

The Bridge Exterior

Planned Start: May 11

Planned Completion: Early October

What’s Included
Complete exterior remodel and renovation to modernize the look and feel of The Bridge from a 1980 to a 2022 mixed-use facility, making it attractive and inviting for our community; addition of green space near Worship Center; complete resurfacing of parking area with significant repairs and additions to sidewalk areas and curbing.

Lionheart Early Childhood Education Center

Planned Start: May 18

Planned Completion: Early October

What’s Included
Interior demolition and subsequent interior build-out of former Warehouse building (northeast corner of The Bridge) to create classroom and other required space for a Lionheart Early Education licensed childcare center with a 223-student capacity; addition of a playground to accommodate the childcare center (just to the west of the former Warehouse space).

Temporary Space

During construction, three Revive Church ministries and programming spaces are relocating on a temporary basis:

Revive Kids (Elementary Age Only)

Moving From:
The area just east of and across the hall from the Worship Center

Moving To:
Space inside the Thrift Store (southwest corner of The Bridge)

Additional Information

  • Note that Early Childhood Revive Kids are not moving during construction. They will continue to meet in their current space (inside the church’s administrative offices immediately to the right of the Worship Center space and on the south side of The Bridge). Please contact Keli Sergeeff (ksergeeff@revivearvada.org) if you have any questions.
